The 8739140000 is a 1-output DIN rail mount switched-mode Power Supply Unit in installation housing in performance classes 24 and 48W. The CP SNT 48W 24V 2A features turn-on current limit, surge protection and green LED status indication. The INSTA power units can be universally deployed because of their wide input range from 85 to 265VAC. The devices have radio interference suppression (acc. to DIN EN 55022 class B) and meet SELV requirements. The primary switched-mode power supply units are fitted with an electronic overvoltage/short-circuit control on the output side. The internal varistor found in a switch-mode power supply does not replace the necessary surge protection in a system.
