Product Overview
The TMDP0200 CAL D from Tektronix is a high voltage differential probe. The TMDP0200 is designed for medium-voltage applications with differential requirements up to ±750V. This probe has lower attenuation ranges and offer better signal to noise ratio.
- Calibrated with data high voltage differential probe
- 25X / 250X attenuation
- Differential voltage is ±750V (250X), ±75V (25X)
- Common mode voltage is ±750V
- Maximum input voltage to earth is 550V CAT I, 300V CAT III
- Bandwidth is 200MHz, rise time is <1.8ns, slew rate is <275V/ns at 1/250 gain
- Typical CMRR is > -80dB
- 1.5m cable length
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 40°C
