The N9938A/100 from Keysight Technologies is fieldfox handheld microwave spectrum analyzer with 6.5inch transflective colour VGA LED backlit display. It has 2 built-in ports, measurement uncertainties and changes in performance due to environmental conditions. It has expand capabilities with optional tracking generator, interference analyzer, built-in power meter and more, it makes an accurate spectrum analyzer measurements (±0.5dB) without needing warm-up and locate interfering signals using intuitive spectrogram display and recording capability. It is used for AM/FM tune and listen, field strength measurement, SCPI code compatibility, spectrogram and stimulus response.
