Product Overview
The N6732B CAL from Keysight Technologies is an Agilent N6730 series 8V, 6.25A, 50W low profile DC modular power system (MPS). This module provides programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features at a very economical price. The power module features low noise, stable operation & use module in any of the N6700 mainframes, 4 tiers of module performance-mix and match power, performance levels to optimize system for unique needs, fully compliant to LXI Class C specification, connect via GPIB, LAN, or USB, high end module for critical test requirements.

- Output ripple and noise of 12mV(CV p-p²), 2mV(CV rms³ ), load effect of 6mV, 2mA
- Source effect of 2mV and 1mA, programming accuracy of 0.1%+19mV, 0.15%+20mA
- Voltmeter/ammeter measurement accuracy of 0.1%+20mV/ 0.15%+10mA
- Load transient recovery time is <200µs
- Programming ranges 15mV-8.16V, 40mA-6.375Aand programming resolution of 4mV, 4mA
- Measurement resolution of 4mV, 7mA
- Programming temperature coefficient per °C is 0.005%+0.1mV, 0.005%+0.5mA
