Product Overview
The 1131B from Keysight Technologies is an InfiniiMax 3.5GHz probe. For high speed differential or single ended probing in embedded designs, this InfiniiMax 3.5GHz differential probe amplifier is a perfect complement to Infiniium 2.5GHz to 3GHz oscilloscopes. Its extremely low input capacitance, flat frequency response and patented resistor probe tip technology provide ultra low loading of the DUT and superior signal fidelity.
- ±30V maximum voltage
- ±2.5V dynamic range
- DC offset range is ±12V when using probe offset
- Differential input resistance is 50Kohm
- Differential input capacitance range from 0.27pF to 0.34pF
- Single ended input resistance is 25Kohm
- Single ended input capacitance range from 0.44pF to 0.67pF
