The LFTVXO009912 is a 7 x 5mm surface mount temperature compensated voltage Controlled Oscillator (TCVCXO) provides a high degree of frequency stability over a wide temperature range in a hermetically sealed ceramic package. Frequency range of 10 to 40MHz and frequency tolerance at ±0.5ppm.
