Product Overview
The HAFUHT0010L4AXT is a high accuracy Airflow Sensor with unidirectional flow. It offers G 3/8 female threaded fitting per ISO 1179 port, 0 x 49 digital I²C address output format and 10 to 90% of input transfer function. The Zephyr™ HAF series sensor provides a digital interface for reading airflow over specified full-scale flow and compensated temperature ranges. The thermally isolated heater and temperature sensing elements help this sensor provides a fast response to air or gas flow. It is designed to measure mass flow of air and other non-corrosive gases. The sensor is fully calibrated and temperature compensated with an onboard application specific integrated circuit (ASIC). The HAF series <gt/>10 SLPM is compensated over the calibrated temperature range. The state-of-the-art ASIC-based compensation provides digital outputs with a response time of 1ms. It operates on the heat transfer principle to measure mass airflow.
