The ST 1 Myers™ Hub Basic Scru-Tite® is ideal for general use indoors or outdoors with rigid conduit and IMC. Constructed of tough natural zinc this 1/2" hub is used in the termination of electrical circuits through wall of the enclosure providing a positive seal and electrical ground. Ideal for pharmaceutical, chemical and food processing, pulp/paper, nuclear, solar and commercial construction applications. Suitable for use in environmentally demanding applications, including those with the presence of chemicals, such as acetic, citric and salt water.
- Trade size 1/2"
- Vibration-proof - nut with serrations assures flush installation and positive grounding
- Captive O-ring gasket assures positive water and dust-tight installations
- Precision machine cut NPT threads for a positive fit
- Easy installation, no welding - serrations on nut and hub bite into metal
- Posi-Lok insulated throat cannot come out
- NEMA 2, 3, 3R, 4, 4X and 12
- UL listed, UL file no. E-27258; CSA certified
